1900

687 1/2 Martin St., St. Paul

A graceful curve of a sleigh runner is tucked under this tree, with a set of Dominos in front of it . A new blond doll takes center stage , but last year's model is back (center) A spindled doll buggy sits next to a metal doll bed. On the left, a toy train, some blocks, and a ball on the sled . The book, lower left is called Seneca, about a girl and her dog.

There's an axe and a hammer on the rug near the Domninos. A practical gift for Dad? Or is it retaliation for the 1898 broom and dustpan?

Those bags hung on the tree may hold cookies, popcorn or candy.
